After watching the 2013’s film Gravity by Alfonso Cuarón I wanted to make an illustration featuring the astronaut gloves because their shape fascinated me.
I took as a reference the hands from The Creation of Adam on the Sistine Chapel ceiling, painted by Michelangelo.
